Five Ways to Enhance Performance

Use computer time more productively and reduce lag.

If Playing an Online Game:

Always set the “detail” level too the lowest. As usually this stance doesn't effect your game play but reduces lag efficiently.

Got any Tracks you Downloaded When You Were Younger?

Or into a different theme of music? To the recycling bin they go! At this point when you log onto your favourite rpg, it may not seem as if your game play is effected. But in due time , you may find you have 100+ unused tracks. Or maybe, the need for music on your computer or no longer a necessity. So delete some/all of your tracks. This also works with un-used programs as they cause major lag and I mean MAJOR!

FACT: An average mp3 file is 6.3mb. 10 songs.. 63mb.. it all adds up.

Keep your Tabs to a Minimum

As the more activity on your computers network. The slower each site/program runs. So the least amount of programs. Would increase the speed of which each runs. Simple eh?

If you have followed my instructions correctly, your computer should be running faster than ever before. But there is still work to do. Every Month or so I recommend you scan your computer. As this, for me not only secures my computers safety, but seems to significant effect on my computers speed.

Email

One day it can be your best friend, delivering news on your local football team or newsletters from your bookmarked sites. The next, it can deliver shelf loads of spam, scams and virus's. I suppose its swings and roundabouts. However, for me there is one solution. Every beginning of your session on the computer or software of your choice. Open up your inbox and delete ever message that is not needed. Be sure to thoroughly check all folders. Sometimes the junk folder is overlooked. But to me that Is the main aspect Of reducing lag via email.

Finally, with all these procedures taken out to the right extent. Your computer should be running smoothly. And with that . I will conclude my guide.

Thank You For Reading And I Hope It Helps.
