Top 5 USB Gadgets

This is a list of the top 5 USB gadgets of 2006.

You guys may not agree with the selection of these random USB Devices but here are the top five (in my book)

#5 USB Hand Warmers

I will get straight to the point, these are a bit bulky and somewhat ugly but hew if you need your hands warm why not! If you don't exactly want to carry around a pair of these ugly things I suggest getting a Core Duo and letting your hands rest on that. They retail for around $22(US dollars).

#4 USB Dog Tag

No its not the engraved one that you where around your neck but this one is actually for your dog. This can hold 512mb worth of info. This was meant to provide your friends/family/babysitter with info about feeding habits and shot records but why not back up your important files. With the cost of $40(US Dollars) I think I would just make my own.

#3 USB Disco Ball

These nifty things are cool, they aren't the standard mirror balls but light bulb lit spinning colored sphere. Who knows when this thing will come in handy when your friend shows you his 10gb thumb drive, just whip this out and watch him drool. With a price tag of $19.99(US Dollars) I would take this over the hand warmers any day.

#2 USB Flower Pot Speaker

I don't exactly see the need for USB here but hey, if they didn't it wouldn't be on this list. I think they should sell them in sets of two (for stereo) or six (for 5.1 surround). They retail for $59(US Dollars)

#1 USB Air darts

Although not lethal these little missiles have a firing range of 5 to 8 feet . It comes with a program to allow you to control the pan/tilt of these little turrets. These are meant to run on Windows XP or Windows 2000 but don't worry, there are already hacks to run it on your Mac and Linux computer. These things are $40(US Dollars), just imagine the fun you can have around the office!
