Believe it or not, you do have a program on Windows XP that speaks the words on the page to you. To do this go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, Accessibility, Narrorator.

Wanna Take Back Something You Did?

System Restore lets you do that. You can restore your system to a point where it was running well. To do this go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore.

Your Keyboard Isn't Working?

You can use the on-screen keyboard. Of course it's not going to be as fast as a normal keyboard, but it will last until you fix your real one. Go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, Accessibility, On-Screen Keyboard.
