Clean Your Computer and Make It Run Faster

Easy steps to clean your computer and make it run faster.

The first thing that you need to do is clean your cookies from your Internet Explorer. To do that you will bring up your Internet Explorer and go to the general tab, under temporary files and click on delete cookies, then click ok. Also delete files and check the box to delete all offline content, then click ok. Once it has completed you can now close the box.

Also to Clean Cookies from your computer you will click on the Start button go to Run and click on it then type in %temp% these are more cookies that you will need to delete.

Clear Cache click on Start button go to control panel there you will find the java icon(looks like a coffee cup) double click it and go to the general tab, at bottom you will see delete files please make sure all 3 boxes are checked and click OK.

The next step in cleaning your computer is Defragmenting it. You may want to wait until you are ready to go to bed to do this or perhaps just before you go to work as this will take quite a bit of time to do. To defrag go to Start Button then to Programs then to Accessories from there you will go to system tools then to Disk Deframentater. Highlight C:Drive and click Defragment at bottom, when thats done go back and do your other drives if you have them.

Here is the last step that you will have to take to clean your system and that is:

Disc Cleanup go to the Start Button then to Programs go to Accessories and click on system tools then to Disc clean up do all of your drives if you have more then one. This compresses all your old files.

Good Luck....I hope that this helped you!
