Why we need to copy music?
Music CD has great quality music, but it is not accommodate to use them. One CD has about 20 songs. When we listen to music, we have to switch CDs and that sometimes pisses off. Also CDs can scratch. When song is in our computer, we will able to listen it without problems.
Music quality
Copied music quality will be not so good as the CD music. But we won't hear any difference if we listen through our computer. We can also choose which quality our music should be.
Copying music from CD
- Start Windows media player.
- Press Tools, then Options. In new windows select RIP MUSIC.
- Select MP3 from the list. That means we will copy music in MP3 format. We can also select WMA, but this format isn't so popular as MP3. Some MP3 players won't recognize it.
- In Audio Quality select your wanted music quality. I recommend using 192 Kbps. Press OK.
- Now press RIP in Windows Media Player.
- After few seconds we will see a list of all songs. Select songs, which should be copied to our computer. Now press RIP MUSIC.
- When a song is copied, Ripped to Library appears next to a song. We will find our music in My Music folder.
