The dreamcast is a console of faults, however it has some of the best games ever released and is well worth having a emulator for, the main problem is that to own a emulator for the console you must originally own the console, so my advice get on to ebay and buy one.

The next step is ROMS you will need a ROM of the game you wont to play, the problem with most emulators is they will not read from cd, the problem with this is you main own the original game but not the ROM.
Now if you decide to try and make a ROM of a dreamcast game you will run into problems, the dreamcast used GD ROM discs and you can not rip a ISO ROM from the disc with out special equipment.
The was around this is for you to download pre built ISO of the games you own, this is not illegal because you already own the game you are technically downloading a back up which is in your rights.
Now where to find ISO that you own, I can not by law tell you this information but there are places that you can begin looking such as google and maybe typing in what you want.
Once you have an ISO set up chankast and download demon tools since you will need this to play the ISO, and away you go!
