First you need to download a filming program.
A good example of a filming program is Hyper Cam.
Hyper cam captures the action from your screen and saves it to AVI (Audio-Video Interleaved) movie file.
You can either download the trial version or buy the full version.
Next you need to download (if you haven't got one already) an editing program.
A good example of a free editing program is Microsoft movie maker.
This program is simple and easy to use, you can import clips from the hyper cam then drag them in the order you like then you can add transitions and sound.
This is a free download.
Now all you have to do is make your movie by filming what ever you want, importing it to the editor and then making your movie and put it on any website you want!
Note: I have downloaded and used all these programs and checked that none of them have viruses on them so have fun.
