<![CDATA[I would agree with you.  With one small exception, Internet Explorer and Temp files bloat the drives, and as far as files to be cleaned up, I HIGHLY recommend dumping those files on a routine basis.  Yes, it can make downloads of images a little slower if you delete them all the time, but it will help to clean up performance as well, so there has to be a medium... mine is usually limit how much IE can use for disk space...<br />
