The fastest in 20 century in European countries. The present time are basically the times of machines. Everything from a tiny needle to highly advance space technology is done through numberless and complex machinery. It wouldn’t be out of place to mention that life today is zero if machines i.e. gadgets are taken out of it for a moment.

Ironically, modern gadgets have made us slaves to machines. From doing kitchen to higher ones in industrial units all depends on machines. This all has made the modern man a slave to these gadgets. Consequently, human health has deteriorated to a larger extent. All know that physical labor is very necessary for good health. Perspiration due to physical health helps a lot to maintain the human body perfectly tuned. But the dependence on various gadgets have increased various diseases. The new generation is growing physically weak and suffers strong diseases unheard of in the past. Incidentally the more we become dependent on machine, the weaker we become. Our forefathers used to walk miles and miles but today we need a vehicle to cover a few 100 meters.

Thus aspect of human life has made man fully prone to moral the deterioration. Therefore, today man has become a machine – emotionless and devoid of mercy, pity, peace etc.

How to Optimize Your Laptop for Longer Life and Usage

Why buy a new laptop and replace a new one when you can preserve and extend the life of your current laptop? Yes, there are speicific ways of extending the life of your electronic gadgets, appliances and equipment, and the laptop is no exception. Many people waste needless amounts of money spent on replacing electronic gadgets which could have lived longer.

Invest in Anti-Virus Software

Don't ever consider this as a waste of money, or don't get annoyed with the repetitious anti-virus software updates. This is the single most effective way of protecting your computer. Whenever you insert a USB drive, or go online, read an email, open a website etc., you are making your computer vulnerable to virus invasions. That's why it's important to keep your anti-virus software updated and your firewall always up. Don't overlook this.

Buy A Cooling Pad For Your Laptop

A cooling pad is a special gadget that you place under your laptop and it does just that -- cool your laptop. It is common knowledge that user electronics perform lesser and lesser when you frequently let them go overheat. With a cooling pad, you can keep your laptop cool and fully functional at all times.

Don't Just Install Any Software Just Because It's Free

There's lots of freeware and shareware online. These are types of software that you can download for free, or use a 7-Day Trial with. The problem with these types of downloadable programs is that lots of them contain malicious scripts, backdoor Trojans, worms, tracking cookies, and malware. All those terms mean one thing: Danger for your computer. Sometimes, these sneaky bugs and tracking scripts can steal your credit card information!

Unless You Have Sufficient Technical Knowledge, Leave Hardware Installation To The Experts

Don't try to reinstall hard drives, tweak the motherboard, or replace sound cards and video cards UNLESS you are confident that you know what you're doing. Don't take risks here. You can always solicit the help and opinion of Bill the Computer Whiz and Sam the Chip Master from next door. Or better yet, have your computer 'tampered' by a legitimate technical personnel from the computer shop.

Perform a Disk Clean Up And Defragmentation At Least Once Every Month

Disk clean up and defragmentation are all available options from your Windows Control Panel. Make sure you use these disk checking tools at least once each month so your computer can fix disk software errors. Usually, the computer will figure out what's wrong on its own. Disk clean up will delete unneeded 'cookies' and temporary files from your computer. Defragmentation, meanwhile, will rearrange file allocations and caches in your hard disk. Best of all, don't try to figure all of these things out. Just do it.

Not all mouse pads are created equally and really for all practical purposes, the “10 Super Cool Mouse Pads” featured in this article is a reflection of the modern-day computer nerd and gadget geek combined.

Mouse pads have come a long ways in the last several years and a long ways from the plain old foam, plain Jane jobs that we see sitting on top the majority of desks in stuffy offices everywhere. Our mouse pads started out to solve a problem that helped our computer mouse to more easily glide, which gave us more error-free control over our cursor on our computer desktop. The smooth, flat surface of the mouse pad made a perfect location to silkscreen company logos, trademarks and photography that would create another cottage industry of collectible mouse pads.

Today, there are thousands and maybe even millions of different mouse pad designs both high-tech and low-tech, colorful and bland, expensive and cheap that would overwhelm the average person. There is absolutely no way in the world that this article can even to begin scratch the surface of all of the awesome and cool mouse pad designs, so stay tuned for other cool mouse pad articles that I will be writing in the weeks ahead. So, please enjoy and thank you for your support.

What do you get if you cross modern day high tech technology with a mouse pad? You will get the “USB Hub + SD/MMC Card Reader + Mouse Pad” and yes, that is the actual name that the manufacture named it. The name says it all, so I will not bore you with anymore-technical jargon.

Sexy Mouse Pads For Men

Voip Setup Process

VoIP Setup Process

The following is a simple summary of the step by step ways of setting up VoIP system on the clients.

Assuming that the client already agrees with the terms and conditions of the products we're going to serve them, the initial procedure for the setup is to ask the client for their network connection. As the client says “yes” that they have a network or internet connection, you can now ready to install the system or configure the equipment, otherwise you can't able to start the setup.

With their PC that they were going to use as a server, install the Trixbox software. The Trixbox software contains a package program such as the asterisk billing, call records, meetme setup, and Linux CentOS operating system.

After the successful installation of the software, log-in to the server's software using the specified or assigned username with password

Upon logging in, quickly update the server using the designated command and wait for a number of minutes for the successful updates

With the command "help-trixbox", you can view the list of commands that you can use to manipulate the system and the corresponding username and password of some of the programs included in the system.

Immediately, change the password of some of the access to trixbox like the maint, meetme, recording, seudo, and others to be able for you to access the system even on the other computers provided that they have an internet connection

Now that the appropriate process had been done for the server to run using the Trixbox, you can now access the server on the internet using its IP address through the http protocol.

After you had accessed the server on the internet, always switch to admin mode rather than the user mode for you to perform the necessary task. Before you could reach the controls and administration to the system, the windows will ask you for the username and password. With maint as the username and with your assigned password, you could reach the controls and administration to the server as well as the creation of locals and trunklines that you would assigned to the VoIP.

With the "Setup" button, click on "Add Extension" and follow the corresponding configuration to assigned local numbers to your VoIP Set-up.

With the 'Panel' button, you can view the registered locals on your server. You can also view from this feature the actions taken by the user such as making calls, incoming and outgoing calls, status of the phones, etc.

Now that you already successfully assigned local numbers for the VoIP phones that the client would use, you are now ready to configure the equipments

Before you could configure the equipments, be sure that you already know the IP Address of the VoiP equipments. The IP Address of the VoIP phones could be known either of the two methods. One by accessing it to your PC by connecting a LAN port from the equipment to your computer and second by just pressing it to the menu list on the phones.

Now that you already know the IP Address of the equipments, you can now access it to the internet by typing its IP on the URL preceded by the http protocol.

As you have accessed the IP of the equipments, log in using the specified username and default password to be able for you to have the full access and control administration to the equipments

Perform the necessary configuration

After the successful confirmed of configuration, the server would show the connected locals of the system. The equipment itself would also confirm that booting successful!

You are now ready to make calls with your equipments and servers properly installed and connected

Note that always make sure that your server is always turn on and it has an internet connection

Your server using Trixbox could be access in any of your computer through the Internet provided that they shared the same provider as well as the equipments

Privacy Protection: 15 Most Incredible Tools to Stop Strangers From Spying on You

Living in the age of technology and knowledge, we are increasingly being watched and listened to when we leave our homes. Cities and towns around the world are installing thousands of video cameras everywhere. Companies are video monitoring their properties and recording every single person who walks through their doors. Strangers are snapping photos, recording video and audio using their cell phones, and then posting them on the web for everyone to see.

Private places where it is usually forbidding to install a video camera such as; women's or men's bathrooms, private dressing rooms and even in private homes are being compromised by absolute strangers. The scary part about it is that we have no clue if this is happening to us, too.

Now, we have tools to fight back and protect our privacy from the prying eyes of total strangers and government agencies. Yes, there are some utterly incredible counterspy tools, gadgets and software that can help you reclaim your freedom and protect your privacy from being stolen.

Counterspy Tools (Indoor - Outdoor Use)

Some video cameras and recording devices have gotten so tiny that they can be planted just about anywhere and everywhere, so how do you know when you are being watched when you think that you are alone? The answer is simple, you do what the spies would do and that is to sweep the place for hidden video cameras and recording bugs.

Spy Exchange & Security Center

The Spy Exchange & Security Center carries a complete line of counterspy gadgets and products that the average person can use to detect hidden electronic devices that are being used to invade your personal privacy. The antispy products that this company carries are not toys and should not be used in banks, casinos or in government office buildings, because you could be breaking the law using these devices in these types of places.

Cool Apple Gadget Ideas

What do you think will come next in Apple's line of amazing gadgets and gizmo's? Some cool inventions and kid friendly products would be nice. What about a car? Well according to mac-life magazine (which this is from but not directly copied) they have came up with some cool new inventions that Apple should be creating.

To start out with, do you trust your kids with your 2,000 dollar Macbook pro or other expensive computers. Well, this product is just for your kid(s). The Squidget as they call it is a full computer just in a smaller package. Even smaller then the Macbook Air! This circular shaped computer screen is a larger version of the iPhone or touch. Your kids can enjoy talking to their friends with the chat system and surf the internet at the same time. Some other cool features this amazing Squidget has is some integrated programs like Games, address book, iTunes music store, calendar, YouTube, Photos, and much more. They can even personalize how their Squidget looks with it's setting feature.

With a diameter of 2.2 inches and smaller then the iPhone it can fit mostly anywhere like in a pocket or on a neckless. It's touch screen capability is a must for on the go users and is easy to keep clean. Would you like a Squidget for your kids or still let them play around with your Mac Pro erasing everything?

Another cool invention that I personality would use is a Apple Camera. In the shape of the iPhone but has a bigger lens on the backside of it. This amazing camera could do mostly everything, like take pictures and shoot video. You could even plug it into your dock station uploading the pictures to your computer and at the same time charge it! You can take your photos directly on your camera and edit them with the built in photo editing software for on the go!

With a 12GB built in flash memory you can record all of your memories at any time. Why go ahead and record them in HD! Maclife said that the price they would put on it is around 499. I think this is a great price that includes everything you need without having a computer. Only one con about this is the optical zoom. Apple would most likely want the lens with the metal casing so it would be around 3x optical zoom.

Ok, think of this. You are walking in a parking garage at night heading home from the mall. All of a sudden you see something lurking in the shadows against the wall. You try to get to your car as fast as you can thinking "what am I going to do if this thing comes up to me". Are you going to bust out your black belt and chop the person in half? Or how about pulling a trick by looking like you are calling the police but do not have the nerve? Well this is where the new gadget comes in handy! The iProtection is the best thing I have ever seen! Some of the features this has is a LED flashlight, and an Alarm to scare off your attacker. Some of the coolest things though on this little flashlight that blew me away was a stun gun built into it and a GPS locater where is you are hurt you just have to push one button and help is on the way. I am not going to spend much time on this one but I think this would be great for everyone to have. Not to consider that people will just me tazzing each other all the time which mught get Apple sued because of a death by someone getting shocked. I do not think this will be coming out the coming years but maybe latter when people have some respect not to just shock people all the time!

Again I have gotten a lot of this from Mac-Life Magazine but none of it has been copied directly. I have put this all into my own words just so nobody will get mad.

You guys may not agree with the selection of these random USB Devices but here are the top five (in my book)

#5 USB Hand Warmers

I will get straight to the point, these are a bit bulky and somewhat ugly but hew if you need your hands warm why not! If you don't exactly want to carry around a pair of these ugly things I suggest getting a Core Duo and letting your hands rest on that. They retail for around $22(US dollars).

#4 USB Dog Tag

No its not the engraved one that you where around your neck but this one is actually for your dog. This can hold 512mb worth of info. This was meant to provide your friends/family/babysitter with info about feeding habits and shot records but why not back up your important files. With the cost of $40(US Dollars) I think I would just make my own.

#3 USB Disco Ball

These nifty things are cool, they aren't the standard mirror balls but light bulb lit spinning colored sphere. Who knows when this thing will come in handy when your friend shows you his 10gb thumb drive, just whip this out and watch him drool. With a price tag of $19.99(US Dollars) I would take this over the hand warmers any day.

#2 USB Flower Pot Speaker

I don't exactly see the need for USB here but hey, if they didn't it wouldn't be on this list. I think they should sell them in sets of two (for stereo) or six (for 5.1 surround). They retail for $59(US Dollars)

#1 USB Air darts

Although not lethal these little missiles have a firing range of 5 to 8 feet . It comes with a program to allow you to control the pan/tilt of these little turrets. These are meant to run on Windows XP or Windows 2000 but don't worry, there are already hacks to run it on your Mac and Linux computer. These things are $40(US Dollars), just imagine the fun you can have around the office!
