Go to Start and click run.

Type "gpedit.msc" without the quotes.

Select User Configuration.

Select Administrative Templates. This may take some time to load. It is normal.

Go to Windows Components.

Look for Windows Explorer and select it.

Find "Remove Windows Explorer"s default context menu.' Double click it.

A small menu pops up. Select "Enabled" and click OK

Exit everything. You shouldn't be able to right click on you desktop or in explorer. You will be able to right click your taskbar.
