<li>  Type "gpedit.msc" without the quotes.</li>

<li> Select Administrative Templates. This may take some time to load. It is normal.</li>

 
<li> Go to Windows Components.</li>

 
<li>Look for Windows Explorer and select it.</li>

 
<li> Find "Remove Windows Explorer"s default context menu.' Double click it.</li>

 
<li> A small menu pops up. Select "Enabled" and click OK</li>

 
<li> Exit everything. You shouldn't be able to right click on you desktop or in explorer. You will be able to right click your taskbar.</li>
